About

AIM AND SCOPE

Anatolian Turkish Journal of Education (ATED) aims to present a compilation of current and innovative research articles, reviews, and discussion papers primarily focused on education. It is expected that the articles published in ATED will address various educational topics, initiate discussions on these topics, propose different methods to address or solve related issues. Furthermore, it is also expected that the published works in ATED will provide a basis for current debates in various areas of education and contribute to innovative research and practices. Accepted articles in ATED will be published freely and openly accessible. ATED is an international peer-reviewed journal published twice a year, in June and December. In the peer-review process, ATED uses a double-blind review method for all submitted works to be published. In this method, the identities of both the authors and the reviewers are kept anonymous. To facilitate this process, authors are required to prepare their papers without disclosing any names or other identifying information and then conduct a self-check. For this purpose, authors may use the "Review" feature of MS Word.

ATED prioritizes research articles. Care is taken to ensure that the number of review articles does not exceed the number of research articles.

Articles published in ATED can be prepared in Turkish and/or English. In articles prepared in Turkish, a comprehensive summary in English should be included. In special issues manuscripts have different languages deemed appropriate by the editorial board may also be presented in full text to include a comprehensive English abstract.

ATED, while respecting academic research, copyright, and human rights ethical rules, accepts research articles, compilations, book reviews, and opinion papers in the fields of educational sciences and teacher education.
