Today, it has become important for organizations to improve processes in business life, to provide better service to the target audience and to manage crises. One of the approaches that emerged for this purpose is agility. This approach, which emerged in the software industry, has started to be applied in other sectors. In this study, the book titled 'Harvard Business Review Digital Transformation Agility' is evaluated. The book is a collection of various articles published about agility. The book provides the reader with a general impression of agility culture and practices. In this study, the agility approach is also discussed in terms of higher education institutions.
